07 / Resin project questions

Before You
Send the Design

Start with the visual references and decisions that matter for your product.
Can I start with a sketch, artwork or 3D file?

Share the material you have, along with dimensions and intended use. The project review can identify what needs further definition.

Which details should I mark as important?

Point out distinctive shapes, facial or relief details, paint boundaries and any dimensions that need special attention.

How should color and finish be approved?

Agree the references and the sample version to be used for review, and record feedback on the specific areas that need adjustment.

Can fragile or projecting details be included?

Describe them clearly so feasibility, handling and packaging needs can be reviewed together. Do not assume a feature is confirmed before the review.

What affects MOQ and project timing ?

The MOQ is usually 500 units per design. AND Sample time is 8days to 10days , Mass production is 20days to 22days .

How are differences from the sample followed up?

Record the finding against the approved reference, identify the affected scope and agree the disposition. Relevant corrective actions can be documented and verified; 8D is available for issues that require structured investigation.
